- Automatic Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machines for filling of large volume powder into containers.
- Machine is widely uses in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, veterinary, herbal & food industries.
- The incoming sterilized dry bottle is fed through the in-feed turn table.
- There is filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line.
- When bottle reaches to the mechanical holder detained filling station, Bottle sensor sense the bottles and Magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft.
- It fills the desired amount of powder into the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously determined.
- “No Container - No Filling” system eliminates wastage of costly powders
- Machine can be operated in Single Stroke to Four Stroke and provide output up to 50 fills per minute with an accuracy of ± 2% depending upon powder type and fill size.
- All the parts which are coming in contact with the product are made out of S.S 316 material and easily Removable for mandatory autoclaving/sterilization.
- Totally enclosed heavy steel structure body to avoid any vibration.
- Variable AC Frequency drive to control the speed of the conveyor.
