- Contra mixer suitable for manufacturing Tooth Paste, High viscous Creams, viscous Cosmetics products and other viscous products mixer, specially suggest for all kind of toothpaste.
- Contra Mixing Assembly special designed of paddle type blades with appropriate shape to smoothly move the material back towards the centre of the mixer / container.
- All blades inter-mesh with each other and rotating with clockwise and anti-clockwise direction with mixer / container wall for uniform mixing of the material.
- The contra rotary mixture is so designed to withstand high vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing.
- Contra Mixer is provided with a jacket for cooling or heating as per the application.
- The top lid of the Contra Rotary Mixer machine will be provided with hydraulic lifting and lowering arrangement.
- Fitted with suitable Lobe Pump for better functioning.
